Term And Condition


Intellectual Property-

  • All rights, title and interest, including but not limited to the Intellectual Property Rights, in the Contest material(s) and in any and all responses received shall vest solely and exclusively with the Artkala at all times. The Artkala or any person or entity permitted by the Artkala in this regard shall be entitled to use the responses received or any information in connection with the entry in any media for future Campaign, marketing, publicity and any other purpose, without any permission and or payment to the Participant.
  • All material submitted in connection with the Campaign (whether written, audio, electronic or visual form, or a combination of those) or any photographs, video and/or film footage and/or audio recording taken of Participants are assigned to the Artkala upon submission and become the property of the Artkala exclusively. The Artkala may use the material in any medium in any reasonable manner it sees fit. Copyright in any such material remains the sole property of the Artkala

Agreement to Terms and Conditions -

  • By participating in this Campaign, Participants fully and unconditionally agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions
  • Registration & submission of entries for minors to be done by a guardian whose legal age is above 18
  • The contest is NOT restricted only to Artkala subscribers; Anyone with artistic flair is welcome to participate. Artkala production employees and their families can participate but are not eligible for prize
  • The contest will begin on 20th January 2025 and end on 30th January 2025.
  • We must receive your entries before 30th January 2025 11:59PM. Participation in this contest is entirely voluntary
  • The Photos uploaded by the Participants should not have been sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any third party. In addition. The Participant must possess ownership of the content being submitted by them as an entry for the contest.
  • A participant, by participating in this contest, hereby represents and warrants that all the submissions are their original works and no copyright and/or trademark and/or other intellectual property rights have been violated by such submission
  • Each participant is permitted to submit a maximum of 3 entries
  • All artwork/ Photograph must be submitted in digital format as a .jpg or .png file only Artwork size cannot exceed 5 Mega Byte (MB)
  • IMPORTANT NOTE: *Any entry including or depicting anything which is foul, indecent, threatening, discriminatory, vulgar, provocative, defamatory, sexually explicit, objectionable, inappropriate or against public policy or public morality, shall lead to disqualification of the participant at sole discretion of Artkala*
  • Any Painting, Craft, Doodling, Paper craft, Glass craft and Metal craft must not include foul words, national flags, or slogans
  • Any Drawing, Painting, Sketching, Doodling, Paper craft, Glass craft and Metal craft must not represent any particular individual, organization, or brand name and must not depict any religious theme
  • Participants will be allowed to share their approved drawing/painting/picture through the microsite on their social media
  • The winners then will be decided by a panel of jury for each category. The winners will be chosen considering most interesting, innovative, creative, original and most popular art
  • The Top 12 winners from the contest will be awarded basis the jury's decision
  • Each participant is eligible to win a maximum of only one contest prize
  • If a participant qualifies for multiple prizes then the prize with the higher value will be awarded to him/her
  • The participant understands and agrees that the he/she shall not have any claim against Artkala, its directors, employees, associates, affiliates, etc., with respect to the use of their art/craft/photograph in any of the social media platforms and/or for any other promotional activities and shall not raise any objection or restriction regarding the use of them at any time in the future
  • Artkala will NOT use any of the entries for any purpose other than the promotion of the said contest
  • The winner of the contest shall win prizes which will be communicated to the winners through online communication or will be posted on the website
  • Artkala reserves the right to disqualify the partner/s or the winner from the benefits of the contest if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the prize under the contest or otherwise by participating in the contest
  • By submitting an entry, each entrant agrees to the contest rules and warrants that his/her entry complies with all requirements set out in the rules
  • This is a skill-based contest and chance plays no part in the determination of winners
  • The participant agrees that personal data, especially name and address, may be processed, shared and otherwise used for the purposes of, and within the context of the contest and any other purposes outlined in the Terms and Conditions as set out herein. The data may also be used by the partner in order to verify the participant's identity, postal address, and telephone number, or to otherwise verify the participant's eligibility to win prizes in the contest
  • The decision of Jury Panel and Artkala shall be final and binding on the participants with regards to the interpretation of these rules and regulations
  • The Participant / Voter acknowledge and consent to submitting their contact details allowing Artkala to send offers, solicitations or other product brochures to them and for contacting them
  • Artkala reserves the right to exclude any person from the Campaign on grounds of misconduct or criminal record. Artkala reserves the right to terminate, modify or extend the Campaign, at any time at its absolute discretion, without assigning any reason or prior intimation to the participant
  • This Campaign is open to all Indian citizens across age groups. However, the Artkala reserve the unequivocal right to disqualify any entry they deem offensive/obscene/hurtful. Organisers employees and their families can participate but are not eligible for prizes
  • Artkala are empowered to take a decision in case of any conditions, circumstances and scenarios beyond these terms and conditions of the Campaign
  • The Participant / voter acknowledges and consent to submitting their contact details allowing Artkala to send offers, solicitations or other product brochures to them and for contacting them. The participant / voter authorizes Artkala and its representatives to Call, SMS or communicate via WhatsApp. This consent overrides any registration for DNC / NDNC
  • Disputes, if any, arising out of participation in the contest shall fall within the jurisdiction of the Bihar courts
